The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Zambales Provincial Statistical Office has identified the Top 3 Most Effective Strategies that drove the success of the National ID registration in the province for the second quarter of 2025. Out of the 12 strategies implemented, these three approaches proved to be the most impactful in reaching a broad segment of the population.
Leading the list is the LGU Fixed Registration Site, which delivered the highest turnout with 1,860 registrants. The establishment of permanent registration hubs within local government offices provided a familiar and easily accessible venue for residents, encouraging more individuals to complete their National ID registration.
In second place is the LGU Mobile Registration Strategy, which successfully registered 1,111 individuals from far-flung and underserved communities across Olongapo City and Zambales. This initiative enabled PSA Zambales to extend its reach to remote areas, ensuring no community is left behind.
Completing the top three is the Mobile Registration in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Through this collaboration, PSA Zambales was able to register 747 beneficiaries under various government assistance or ayuda programs, further aligning the National ID registration efforts with the delivery of essential social services.
These accomplishments were made possible through the invaluable support and active participation of the Local Government Units (LGUs) of Zambales and Olongapo City. PSA Zambales acknowledges the continued collaboration with LGUs and partner agencies in sustaining the momentum of the PhilSys implementation and ensuring that everyone has access to the benefits of the National ID system.
