City of Balanga, Bataan - The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Bataan resumed full operation on the National ID Registration in the province of Bataan last January 20, 2025. There are four (4) registration kits operating in the province particularly  in The Bunker as the fixed registration center and mobile registration centers in Dinalupihan, Abucay and Mariveles. The full operation provided essential services such as the registration, PhilSys Card Number authentication, ePhilID issuance, updating of the demographic information and replacement of the peeled-off photo.

This initiative aims to ensure that children and youth are provided with secure and verifiable identity from an early age, facilitating access to essential services such as education, health care and social benefits.

PSA Bataan encourages residents with young children to participate in the ongoing registration efforts under the National ID system. By registering early, children will not only have a valid form of identification but also gain access to government and private services including financial services, health education and social protection.

The resumption of operation highlights the agency’s dedication to ensuring that every citizen benefits from improved access to financial services, social protection, and government programs.

The Philippine Statistics Authority reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the goal of the Philippine Identification System Act (RA 11055), which mandates the establishment of a unified and inclusive identification system to ensure that all Filipinos are recognized and empowered as equal participants in nation-building.
