04 February 2025 – Aurora Province: The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Aurora is committed to completing the 2024 Census of Population and Community-Based Monitoring System (POPCEN-CBMS) successfully. From the last week of December 2024 to the second week of January 2025, a saturation drive worked toward this goal.
The drive succeeded because the Head Census Area Supervisor, all POPCEN-CBMS office-based personnel and several statistical researchers collaborated consistently, guaranteeing every designated barangay had complete coverage efficiently and on time. Provincial census objectives were achieved through an important collective effort as all data processing concluded.

As needed, weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays) were undertaken by the assigned personnel to maintain efficient operations. The data processors concurrently performed the necessary functions of encoding and verifying the collected data and this guaranteed accuracy and completeness.

The commitment and perseverance of the staff ensured that no community was left behind, even in areas with challenging geographical conditions. These efforts are expected to produce comprehensive data, which will serve as a valuable tool in the planning and delivery of public services for the province.

PSA Aurora remains committed to delivering reliable and timely data to support the government’s development efforts and improve community services across the province. As the census proceeds to its next phase, the agency looks forward to utilizing this vital information to help shape a brighter future for all residents.
