28 February 2025, Baler, Aurora – As part of the celebration of 35th Civil Registration Month with the theme “Building a Resilient, Agile and Future-Fit, Civil - Registration System” PSA Aurora personnel conducted Clean-Up Drive activity at Sabang beach, Brgy. Sabang, Baler, Aurora. The activity initiated at 6:00 am that involved 27 personnel.

This activity highlighted the office’s social responsibility concern and demonstrated commitment in maintaining a clean and sustainable environment. Philippine Statistics Authority - Aurora personnel were briefed on safety protocols and the goals of the clean-up effort. This included guidelines on handling waste and the importance of teamwork. Teams were assigned in different areas of the beach to ensure comprehensive coverage and diligently, collecting litter and debris, and disposing of waste responsibly.
The team collected many bags of trash during the clean-up campaign, which was a huge success. Camaraderie of the employees was strengthened by their sense of accomplishment.
In addition to improving the local government, PSA Aurora clean-up drive on 28 February 2025, had a significant positive impact on the participants’ teamwork and sense of community duty. The favorable results demonstrated how important this program is, for encouraging environmentally friendly behavior and community involvement.
