Zambales, Philippines – May 2025 — The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Zambales successfully assisted 509 beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) through a series of National ID co-location registration and authentication activities held throughout May 2025.
Of the total beneficiaries served, 260 individuals were successfully authenticated using their existing National ID credentials, whether in physical card form, printed ePhilID, or digital format. The remaining 249 individuals, whose records were not found in the PhilSys registry, were promptly assisted in completing their National ID registration on-site.
The co-location activities were conducted in two key municipalities:
Castillejos: 203 4Ps beneficiaries were served. Among them, 50 were authenticated, while 153 required full registration due to unmatched or missing records.
San Narciso: 306 beneficiaries participated. A significant 210 were successfully authenticated, while 96 underwent registration.
These initiatives highlight the PSA’s commitment to reaching underserved and vulnerable communities by integrating National ID registration into existing social welfare programs. Ensuring that 4Ps beneficiaries are enrolled in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) supports the broader goal of delivering efficient, secure, and inclusive access to both government and private sector services. This effort reflects our dedication to ensuring that no one is left behind in the national ID registration process, especially our most vulnerable citizens.
Further co-location and community-based registration activities are planned in the coming months to ensure the continued success of the PhilSys rollout in the province.
