Palay Production (in metric tons) in Aurora Decreases by 30.19 Percent
Aurora Province produced 11,716.30 metric tons of palay for the first quarter of 2025, contributing 1.45 percent share to Central Luzon’s total production of 808,601.12 metric tons. This reflects a decline of 30.19 percent from the previous year’s production of 16,782.10 metric tons in the same quarter of 2024.

Total Palay Area Harvested decline by -20.62 percent
The total harvested area for palay in Aurora Province declined by 20.62 percent in the first quarter of 2025 with 2,944 hectares compared to 3,708.59 hectares during the same period in 2024. (Figure 2 Table 2)


Palay yield decreases by -12.14 percent
Average palay yield per hectare declined by 12.14 percent dropping from 4.53 metric tons in first quarter of 2024 to 3.98 metric tons in the same quarter of 2025.
