San Narciso, Zambales – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Zambales, in partnership with the Municipal Social Welfare Development Office (MSWDO) of San Narciso, successfully concluded a two-day Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Campaign on the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) for 4Ps beneficiaries on May 14–15, 2025.
Held at the 4Ps Office in San Narciso, the campaign educated 56 beneficiaries on the features and benefits of the National ID under Republic Act No. 11055. Led by PSA personnel, the sessions included a practical demonstration by Information Officer I Dona D. Balasabas on the eVerify system for both the physical ePhilID and Digital National ID, emphasizing secure and convenient identity verification.
Beyond information sharing, the campaign provided on-site services such as National ID registration, Transaction Reference Number (TRN) retrieval, and paper-based ePhilID printing—ensuring immediate access to vital ID services.
This initiative reflects a strong commitment to inclusive service delivery, empowering vulnerable sectors with knowledge and tools to access government services and opportunities. The success of the campaign in San Narciso stands as a model for future community outreach efforts.
