The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Zambales, in partnership with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of San Narciso, successfully conducted a National ID registration and service initiative for beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) from May 13 to 16, 2025, at the 4Ps Office in San Narciso.
The four-day activity served a total of 390 beneficiaries, helping bring government services closer to vulnerable communities.
Of the total participants: 126 individuals completed their PhilSys Step 2 registration, 264 previously registered beneficiaries underwent information verification, and 220 beneficiaries received their ePhilID (paper-based National ID) on-site, enabling immediate use for various official transactions.
Led by PSA personnel, the sessions included a practical demonstration of the eVerify system by Information Officer I Dona D. Balasabas, highlighting how both the physical ePhilID and Digital National ID can be securely and conveniently used for identity verification. The team also provided Transaction Reference Number (TRN) retrieval assistance, helping participants track or complete their registration.
This collaborative effort underscores the shared commitment of PSA Zambales and MSWDO San Narciso to improve access to essential identification for marginalized sectors. By integrating the National ID services with the 4Ps Family Development Session, the initiative ensured greater convenience and wider reach among target beneficiaries.
