PSA Tarlac Provincial Statistical Office conducted a three-day 2025 Mid-Year Performance Review
Session (MYPR) on 09 to 11 June 2025 held at PSA Tarlac PSO Training Room.
Mid-Year Performance Review Session serve as a venue for Provincial Statistical Offices to assess and evaluate the performance of the office during the first semester of 2025. It is designed to evaluate the progress, identify areas for improvement, identify setbacks and challenges encountered in the implementation of programs, activities and projects (PAPs) facilitating the development of solutions ensuring the agency stays on course to achieve its
strategic objectives.
Chief Statistical Specialist, Herman J. Vital led the mid-year review session and was attended by the all regular personnel and selected contract of service workers (COSWs) with critical positions. The three-day activity highlights the following: review of the targets against actual accomplishment for the first semester of 2025 work program, reviewe identified setbacks and challenges encountered in the implementation of programs, present the revised work program for the second semester of 2025 and assigned workload among PSO staff, presentation of
innovations and GAD accomplishments and review and update the ORAP and RRAP. Overall, the PSO staff
