In celebration of the 35th Civil Registration Month, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Pampanga Provincial Statistical Office conducted an educational lecture on Civil Registration, PhilSys, and Basic Statistics at Pampanga High School, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on February 21, 2025. The event aligned with this year’s theme, “Building a Resilient, Agile, and Future-Fit Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System.”

Supervising Statistical Specialist Jessie D. Lobo, Registration Officer II Cristopher Puno, Administrative Aide IV Mark Kevin Evangelista, and PhilSys Focal Person Noel G. Lincoran facilitated the session, engaging students in discussions about the importance of civil registration, Philippine Identification System (PhilSys), and Basic Statistics.

Through initiatives like this, PSA Pampanga continues to advocate for an efficient, transparent, and accessible civil registration system, ensuring that every Filipino has proper documentation to secure their rights and access essential services.
