The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Bataan is currently conducting the January 2025 Labor Force Survey to 401 sample households in the province which the hired Statistical Researchers will be visited from 08 to 31 January 2025.

The Labor Force Survey (LFS) is a nationwide household-based survey conducted by the PSA to gather data on the demographic and socio-economic characteristics of the population. Data from the LFS provides information on major labor market trends such as labor force participation and unemployment rates, hours worked, past industries and occupations of the currently unemployed persons.

All information obtained from this survey will be kept strictly confidential as stipulated in Section 26 of RA 10625 (Confidentiality of Information) and Section 8 of RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Confidentiality) and will not be used for taxation, investigation, or law enforcement purposes.

In line with this, Philippine Statistics Authority – Bataan enjoins the sample households to participate in the January 2025 Labor Force Survey. PSA is expecting the cooperation of the Barangay Officials and the public in the following sample barangays.
