12 August 2024 – Covered Court Barangay Calulut City San Fernando. The event commenced with a series of opening remarks from key officials. General Manager of NHA Region III Minerva Y. Calantuan and a representative from the office of Pampanga Governor Hon. Dennis Pineda delivered introductory speeches, followed by a message from Hon. Vilma Caluag, the Mayor of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. An active environment unfolded as various government agencies established service booths to provide specialized assistance within their respective area of specialization. These were strategically complemented by the Kadiwa store offering a wide range of products in cheaper prices. In parallel, a dedicated PhilSys registration team was on-site to accommodate individuals who had yet to enroll in the national identification system. This collaborative approach effectively combined government initiatives with Kadiwa store engagement, creating a comprehensive platform to address the diverse needs of the community.
