The PSA Zambales Provincial Statistical Office conducted Philippine Identification System Registration for 86 Person’s Deprived of Liberty (PDL’s) as per request by the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) headed by Jail Superintendent Junteddy G. Madria at the City Jail, Brgy. Barretto, Olongapo City last April 18, 2024 at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
 

In addition, Information Officer I Dona D. Balasabas presented the importance of Philippine Identification System and the Salient features of Republic Act 11055 while the registration is ongoing. 

 

The activity highlighted one of BJMP’s services by providing PhilID in preparation for the PDL’s release. This will help the PDL’s in their reintegration into society, empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity and opportunities.
