This Special Release presents the Consumer Price Index for All Income Households with base year 2012. The rebasing of the CPI from 2006 to 2012 is in consonance with the recommendation of the PSA Board in its Resolution No.

The region’s annual inflation moved up at a faster rate of 2.5 percent at the beginning of the year. Inflation in December 2017 was recorded at 1.9 percent and in the same month of the previous year, 3.7 percent.
