Total Registrants as of 31 July 2024

A total registrant of 698,622 Bataeños have been registered in the Philippine Identification System Step 2 in the Province of Bataan. The figure shows that 81.87% of the provincial target (853,373) is successfully registered in the Philippine Identification System. It is composed of 121,676  who are 1 to 14 years old and 576,986  who are 15 years old and above.

A total registrant of 5,649 Bataeños have been registered for the month of July 2024 in the PhilSys Step 2 in the Province of Bataan. This figure shows that 58.12% of the target workload for the month of July 2024 (9,720) was successfully registered in the PhilSys.

Registrants per Municipality

The City of Balanga recorded the highest numbers of 110,115 registrants, followed by Mariveles and Dinalupihan with 103,913 and 95,225 registrants respectively. The municipality with the least reported registrations is the municipality of Bagac with 26,363 registrants.

The City of Balanga tops the highest registrants with 105.70% based on the target from 2020 Census of Population and Housing (110.115 registrants out of 104,173 population). In the City of Balanga located the PhilSys fixed registration center which covers/accommodates the registrants in the whole province of Bataan. Next, the municipality of Samal at 87.70% (33,590 out of 38,302) placing the second highest accomplishment. Then, the municipality of Orani with 87.31% (61,416 out of 70,342). The least reported percentage of accomplishment was Mariveles at 69.36% (103,913 out of 149,809).

The number of registrants decreased during the month of July. In coordination with the Local Government Units (LGUs) in the Bataan to conduct  PhilSys registration, issuance of ePhilID and saturation of the area was done this month. The reasons why the registration this month decreased, some residents in the area who were already registered and the cancellation of operation due to the typhoon encountered in the province. PSA Bataan went to far-flung areas to extend the services provided. Furthermore, there were 5,187 in January, 7,370 in February, 6,026 in March, 6,662 in April, 8,288 in May, 7,698 in June and 5,649 in July 2024.

PhilSys Step 3- Delivery of Philippine ID

Concerning the total number of received PhilID’s as per the delivered, there is still a total of ongoing deliveries with 36 PhilID’s. In total, 99.99% delivered and 5,320 return-to-sender endorsements to PSA Regional Office.

PhilSys Step 3- Issuance of ePhilID

The total ePhilID issued in the province was 179,311 out of 195,849 target ePhilID up to July 2024, the figure is equivalent to 91.56% issued of the target as of July 2024. 

The municipality of Mariveles had the highest numbers issued ePhilID with 28,591, followed by the city of Balanga with 28,377 and municipality of Dinalupihan with 20,832. Morong has the least issued ePhilID with 5,026.
