Pineda, and Information Systems Analyst Nicholo G. Mercado as guest speakers.

The discussion focused on frequently asked questions about civil registration, including birth, marriage, and death records. The speakers clarified delayed registration procedures, corrections, and document requirements for various transactions.

Updates on the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) were also provided, covering the national ID rollout, authentication processes, and procedures for updating PhillD information to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.

PSA Pampanga continues to use the radio program as a platform to inform the public, address concerns, and promote efficient and transparent civil registration and identification services.
