In line with the observance of the 18-day Campaign to End Violence Against Women from November 25 to December 12, 2024 with the theme” VAW Bigyang Wakas, Ngayon na ang Oras!”, Philippine Statistics Authority - Provincial Statistical Office Bulacan, shows their support by wearing orange shirt of all their employees every Friday and hanging of 18-day Campaign to End Violence Against Women campaign banner in front of PSO Bulacan.

The objectives of this activity are to raise public awareness about the various forms and impacts of VAW and to encourage individuals, communities and other government to work together to create a comprehensive response to VAW with strong focus on prevention.

Wearing of Orange Shirts is aligned the United Nations “UNiTE by 2030 to End VAW” initiative, the UNiTE Campaign uses orange to represent a bright and optimistic future that is free from violence against women.

PSA Bulacan believe that every Filipino has the power to help end VAW, and our time to act is NOW.
