30 August 2024 – Baler, Aurora. On 27 August 2024, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Aurora Provincial Statistical Office successfully conducted the Rehistro Bulilit launch event at E. Suaverdez Day Care Center located in Brgy. Pingit, Baler, Aurora. This activity was celebrated together with the closing ceremony of the CRVS Decade.
The Rehistro Bulilit Campaign is designed to encourage parents and guardians to register their children in the National ID System. This initiative guarantees that even the youngest members of our community receive official recognition and access to essential services.
To enhance the registration process, the PhilSys Aurora team organized engaging activities, including games and used audio-visual presentations to capture the children’s attention. After completing their registration, each child was presented with small gifts and snacks, making the event enjoyable and memorable. The parents also enjoyed the activity as there were raffle and gifts for them.
As part of the program, IO I Shiney Marie S. Caruluan shared to the parents the importance of PhilID and also its different forms, PhilID card, ePhilID and Digital National ID, that they could use.
As a result, seventeen children (17) along with their parents and guardians successfully completed the Step 2 Registration. The team also assisted the parents in the Digital National ID registration.
The PSA Aurora continues to collaborate with Child Development Centers throughout the province to further the Rehistro Bulilit initiative, with the goal of increasing registration rates for children.
