11 June 2024 – Dinalungan, Aurora. The Philippine Statistics Authority Aurora Provincial Office represented by Birth Registration Coordinator (BRC) Dominador L. Ruiz, together with Municipal Civil Registry Office (MCRO) of Dinalungan under the leadership of MCR Rosemarie D. Pablo, awarded the free Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) in Security Paper (SECPA) to the oldest BRAP beneficiary in the whole province on June 11, 2024. 

Lola Juliana Villamar Soria, a 99-year-old resident of Barangay Simbahan, Dinalungan Aurora was so delighted that she was handed her much awaited birth certificate. Only one step to being a centenarian, she now knew that she will be able to avail of more social benefits she deserves.

As of June 24, 2024, PSA Aurora and MCRO Dinalungan were able to award COLB to 12 BRAP beneficiaries. They were so thankful that all along, they were registered without spending any amount because of the BRAP. Indeed, they realized how the government extends assistance to the marginalized population and knew that they are not left behind.
