28 August 2024 – Jose Songco Lapid Cultural Sports and Civic Center, Porac Pampanga. A successful government Youth Caravan was held in the municipality with the theme “Kabataan Nagbabayanihan para sa Poraquenian”, offering essential services to residents. The event began with registration, followed by a formal opening ceremony featuring prayers and national anthems. Local officials, including Mayor Jaime V. Capil, Vice Mayor Francis Laurence Tamayo, SK Federation President Angelo B. David, and Sangguniang Bayan members Trisha Angelie G. Capil and Cystal Joy C. Pineda, delivered inspiring messages.

The program's centerpiece was an information session where representatives from the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC), Social Security System (SSS), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), PhilHealth LHIO, Commission on Elections, and the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) provided valuable information about their services. The event concluded with a raffle draw.

To further promote PhilSys registration, the team led by Registration Center Supervisor Ezra De Guzman and Registration Kit Operator Kyle Cristopher Duya continued to assist residents throughout the day. The outreach program was a resounding success, demonstrating the government's commitment to serving its constituents.
