On August 12, 2024, Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Tarlac conducted special registration for bedridden Filipinos residing in barangay San Gavino and Sta. Barbara, Victoria and in barangay Estipona, Pura. The PhilSys initiative aims to extend the reach of the National Identification System for inclusive coverage, ensuring that every Filipino, regardless of their mobility, can benefit from being PhilSys-registered.

Photo captured during PhilSys Step 2 registration at Barangay San Gavino (first picture), Sta. Barbara, Victoria (second picture), and Barangay Estipona, Pura (third picture).

Our dedicated team visits the homes of bedridden individuals to facilitate registration to ensure convenience and comfort. The special registration procedures for people who are unable to visit registration centers due to their health conditions are part of the government’s commitment to making essential services accessible to all Filipinos. As part of continuing efforts towards enhancing inclusivity and accessibility for all citizens, even those who are bedridden can seamlessly participate in the National Identification System.
