12 February 2025, PSA Pampanga Provincial Statistical Office – The headline inflation rate in Pampanga saw an increase to 5.5 percent in January 2025, up from 4.8 percent in December of the previous year. This marked a significant improvement from the 3.4 percent inflation rate recorded in January 2024, with an increase of 2.1 percentage points. The recorded Purchasing Power of Peso for January 2025 is 0.74. The main sources of acceleration that greatly affected this month’s inflation was the increase in the commodity of Food and Non-alcoholic Drink, Housing, Water, Gas and other Fuels and Clothing and Footwear.
