16 January 2025, PSA Pampanga Provincial Statistical Office — the headline inflation rate in Pampanga saw an increase to 4.8 percent in December 2024, up from 4.3 percent in November of the same year. This marked a significant improvement from the 1.8 percent inflation rate recorded in December 2023, with an increase of 3.0 percentage points. The recorded Purchasing Power of Peso for December 2024 is 0.74. The main sources of acceleration that greatly affected this month's inflation was the increase in the commodity of Food and Non-alcoholic Drinks and Transport.
