The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has officially launched the "Rehistro Bulilit" initiative, a program dedicated to registering children aged 4 years and below in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). This proactive step ensures that even the youngest Filipinos are included in the country’s national identification system, providing them with early access to essential services and government benefits. With the goal of fostering inclusivity and streamlining processes, the PSA encourages parents and guardians to take advantage of this initiative to secure a future-ready identity for their children.

On behalf of officer-in-charge, Supervising Statistical Specialist Girlie G. De Guzman, last September 27, 2024, PhilSys Focal Person Mark Joseph U. Briguela together with Assistant Statistician (Regular Focal) Danilo M. Valeda, Christaline Joyce N. Pili PhilSys Admin and Ezairo Rafaino A. Buenaventura Information Statistical Analyst went to Bliss Daycare Center in Brgy. Malasin, San Jose, Nueva Ecija to conduct a Rehistro Bulilit.

The said event was also attended by the Head of DSWD and Daycare teachers that supported our registration team to go through the registration.

The PhilSys Registration Team successfully registered 53 children aged 4 and below, along with 10 parents. Additionally, they issued 13 ePhilIDs and retrieved 6 lost TRNs throughout the day.
