February 12, 2025 until March 31, 2025 - Philippine Statistics Authority Nueva Ecija,- In a significant step to improve social service delivery, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), in collaboration with the National Identification System (National ID PH), is launching a comprehensive registration initiative for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries throughout Nueva Ecija. 

Based on DSWD, in their Implementing guidelines on the National ID registration as Family Development Session Equivalency, all 4Ps beneficiaries, members and household should be National ID registered to have their FDS equivalency for the month of February and March this 2025. Based on findings and recommendations from previous emplementation, it will 

1. Define the the modified eligibility criteria for 4Ps households to receive the incentive of FDS equivalency, 

2. Provide guidance on the nature of entitlement and the manner in which it may be accessed/availed and/or facilitated; and 

3. Establish the monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the availment of incentives eligible households. among
