City of San Fernando, Pampanga - The Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office (PSA RSSO) 03 will hold a monthly press conference on Central Luzon’s inflation rate as part of its efforts to raise public awareness, promote communication with stakeholders, and provide relevant and reliable statistics. The press conference is set on 11 October 2024 at 1:30 PM, and it will be streamed live on the official Facebook page of the regional office (fb.com/PSARegion3).

Chief Statistical Specialist Arlene Z. Torrico will take the lead in reporting the September 2024 inflation rate of Central Luzon. The press conference will cover several topics, including the inflation rate by major commodity groups, major contributors to September 2024 inflation, inflation rates for food groups, and the inflation rate for the bottom 30% of income households.

Additionally, there will be a question-and-answer session after the reporting of the September 2024 inflation rate in the region.
