Volume of Fisheries Production in Central Luzon, Third Quarter 2020

The region’s total volume of fisheries production increased to 39.9 thousand metric tons in third quarter of 2020. This could be attributed to the increase of all of its subsectors except commercial fisheries which decreased by 21.8 percent. Volume of Fisheries Production in Central Luzon, Second Quarter 2020

The region’s total volume of fisheries production accelerated by 23.0 percent during the first quarter of 2020 due to the increase in the volume of harvest in aquaculture. Oppositely, commercial and municipal fisheries decreased by67.7 percent and 11.8 percent, respectively. The region’s total volume of fisheries production lessened by 2.5 percent during the first quarter of 2020 due to the decrease of all of its subsectors except aquaculture. Volume of Fisheries Production in Central Luzon, January-December 2019

The region’s total volume of fisheries production has increased by 4.1 percent in 2019, which can be attributed to the increase of all of its subsectors. Commercial fisheries grew by 17.1 percent.  Municipal fisheries, which is composed of marine municipal and inland municipal fisheries, increased by 11.7 percent despite the decrease in the volume of catch in the inland municipal fisheries. Volume of Fisheries Production in Central Luzon, Fourth Quarter 2019

The region’s total volume of fisheries production slightly increased by 2.7 percent during the fourth quarter of 2019, which can be attributed to the 11.4 percent and

Volume of Fisheries Production in Central Luzon, First Quarter 2019

The region’s total volume of fisheries production decreased by 0.9 percent from 92.2 thousand metric tons in the first quarter of 2018 to 91.4 thousand metric tons in the first quarter of 2019. Volume of Fisheries Production in Central Luzon, Fourth Quarter 2018

The region’s total volume of fisheries production increased by 9.2 percent from 71.8 thousand metric tons in the fourth quarter of 2017 to 78.5 thousand metric tons in the fourth quarter of 2018. 3rd Quarter Fisheries Production, Central Luzon, 2018

The region’s total fisheries volume of production increased by 4.8 percent from 39.8 thousand metric tons in the third quarter of 2017 to 41.7 thousand metric tons this quarter.
