Call for Papers for the 15th National Convention on Statistics (NCS)

The National Convention on Statistics (NCS) is held every three years and is organized by the Philippine Statistical System (PSS) along with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). This year, the 15th NCS is scheduled on 03-05 October 2022 at the Crowne Plaza, Manila.

The NCS will provide a forum for practitioners and theoreticians from different fields of statistics to share and discuss the relevant issues influencing the society and the PSS in general. In its 15th year, it will feature plenary sessions, invited/contributed paper sessions, poster sessions, panel discussions, statistical trainings, and the Statistical Information Management Exhibit (SIMEx).

Interested paper writers in Central Luzon could submit the title of the paper together with the abstract and accomplished information sheet on or before 27 June 2022 through e-mail at or via courier/hand-carried, addressed to:

Abstract for papers must not exceed two hundred (200) words, with Arial font and size of 11 points. It must also be typed double-spaced on standard A4 paper with 1” margin on all sides.
The 15th NCS Secretariat will send the notice of acceptance or non-acceptance through email on or before 15 July 2022.  Final manuscripts must not exceed 5,000 words, single-spaced using Arial font and size of 11 and must be submitted not later than 15 August 2022.
